Birthday cake idea? [fondant used]?!

im trying to think of some ideas for my brothers birthday cake!. he is going to be turning 22!. he skateboarded for about 15 years but hasnt skateboarded anytime recently!. he also has plenty tattoos!. hes likes music too!.
any ideas on a cake!? idk if i should use things about him or not!. what do you think a 22 year old would want!? if you have pictures that would be cool too!. ha
