What should a 13 year old girl eat/drink everyday?!


Question: What should a 13 year old girl eat/drink everyday!?
Give a plan of what I should eat/drink everyday and i will have confidence on keeping fit and healthy!.
I am 13 obviously, i weight 54kg, i am 5'7 and i do about 4 days of athletics every week for 1 and a half hours!.
i amen't that confident with my body at the moment!. especially my legs! so please give as many different healthy meals of the day so i have somekind of plan!.!. thanks!

im 13 too and i eat fruit for breakfast and dinner and turkey or chicken for dinner with vegetables

well i ate a bunch of junk lol, i am 12 almost 13!.And i had the same problem, now i just eat smaller portions of non healthy food, and eat healthy food after no healthy such as
healthy -apples with peanut butter of course, Cesar salad you can get from Von's Albert sons ext,
non healthy - munchies,ice cream,candy,soda, and McDonald's!!!!

Well!.!.!. You see it doesnt really matter as i dont like meat [i get forced to eat chicken] I dont like butter, milk, FISH, water, cheese, beans, soup etc and im just fine!
