I'm having my main meal later!.

I don't eat meat, only fish!.

I would opt for something light!. A light seafood salad is good!.

Maybe some smoked makerel, chopped celery, sun-dried tomato, cucumber, and black olives!.

The fish will zing you for the day and the veg/fruit balance your sugars and cleanse the soul!!

Serve with crusty bread for extra filling and carbs!.
