I don't think it would do you any harm but it doesn't taste good!. I slice it in half then scoop the kiwi out wid a spoon!. Try that ^^Www@FoodAQ@Com

no !.!.!. cut it in half, and scoop out the inside with a spoon!. Or peel off the fuzzy skin, and slice itWww@FoodAQ@Com

They are better peeled!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Yup, you can eat it, although it is rather bland and I personally don't like it!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

You are supposed to peel the outside!. I don't know if it's edible (as in, if it would hurt you to eat it), but it is probably not very tasty & hard to digest!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

When I was a kid I used to eat them like that just for laziness, but now I'd cut it in half and use a spoon or peel it and cut it up!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

It's been said that the Kiwi's skin is SUPER hard to digest, and I've accedentally had some once too!.!.!. >!.O I had such a stomach ache when I did!. So it's better to NOT have the skin of the Kiwi, trust me!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

yes! yes you can!. The peel of a kiwi is actually full of fiber and goodness!. if you can do it I'd say go for it, or make a milkshake using the whole kiwi and some vanilla ice cream!.!.!.yummers! you don't taste the peel so much!. however, a lot of people don't like the texture against their palate though, and they're still good for you if you don't eat that firry skin!.!.!.lol!Www@FoodAQ@Com

They're better if you peel the skin off!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
