Answers:
linseed is the same as flax seed!.!.!. which is high in omega 3 oils!.

Some people eat linseed/flax seed oil supplements!.

Other people just ad flax seeds to their food - baked goods, as a topping on salads or cereals!.

Linseed is commonly know as flax, and is cultivated for it's fibers!. Linseed, however is high in lignans (basically antioxidants) and Omega-3 fatty acids, which means that linseed oil is most likely good for the heart!.

Ironically, raw flax seed contains the chemical hydrogen cyanide (HCN) or cyanogenic glucosides which can be toxic if consumed in large quantities!.!.!.so I guess it a double-edged sword!. Go figure!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

for the constipation & to hydrate the hair, for the hidratación you put to boil the linseed with water until gel becomes and you you put it in the hair of normal form!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
