Is fruit juice a good substitue for real fruit?!
I love OJ, apple juice, and what not; but I dont care for the actual fruit itself!. Am I missing out on something by drinking the juice instead!?Www@FoodAQ@Com

Alot of companies add all sorts of weird dyes and sugars to your juice!. At least if you are going to drink it buy ones that have no additives!.

Well if you are drinking these juices with added sugar than you are packing on way more calories and therefore, fat!. It's always best to eat the fruits in their natural state but if you drink pure fruit juice - these can be good substitutes!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
Yes it is!. But if you're using it as a sub, it's a good idea to try and drink pure, sugar-free fruit juice only so you're not pounding down tons of bad sugars!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
Pure fruit juices are a excellent choice!. The only thing is if you are eating the whole fruit you will be getting extra fiber!. The juices have all the same vitamins!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

I love oj but hate oranges, love apples but cant stand plain apple juice!.!.!.!.I know, I'm odd!. But as far as drinking just juice in placement of the fruits: not the best idea!. But if that's the only way you can do it, it's better than nothing! Look for the juices that say "no artificial sweetners" "100% juice", that sort of thing!. Their healthier!. And the whole V8 lot (juice, splash, smoothie: http://www!.v8juice!.com/splash!.aspx) is also good for you!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
