make for Dinner during the week!?

I make these two all the time for my family and everyone loves it ! Even the kids help and no matter how its put together you really can't mess it up!. Hope you enjoy !!


Ingredients

2 (10 1/2 ounce) cans cream of mushroom soup
1 1/2 cups water
1 (10 ounce) can Rotel tomatoes, chopped
1 (13-16 ounce) bag plain Doritos
1 1/2 cups chopped onion
1 lb ground beef
1 cup grated cheddar cheese

Directions

1!.Preheat oven to 350 degrees!.
2!.Bring to a boil the soup, water, and tomatoes!.
3!.Cook chopped onion with ground beef!.
4!.Place layer of slightly crushed Doritos in the bottom of a casserole!.
5!.Add a layer of ground beef, a layer of soup mixture and a layer of Doritos!.
6!.Continue until all ingredients are used!.
7!.Top with cheese!.
8!.Bake in 350 degree oven for 25-30 minutes!.
9!.Serve and enjoy!.

We serve w/ salsa, sour cream, and guacamole



also if you want to save money (buy a whole chicken from the deli take all meat off the bone) chop and use in both recipes and leftovers for chicken salad sandwiches for lunch!.

1 bag egg noodles
1 can cream of mshrm soup (or chkn soup if you like better)
1 cp chopped chicken (you can also use canned chicken or tuna)
1 can mixed veggies (or 2 if you like heavy veggies)

Cook noodles, drain, add chicken(or tuna), soup, and veggies heat throughly!.

If you want to splurge:

with using tuna top w/ crackers crushed up and moistened with butter

with using chicken top w/cheese

Tacos have to be the easiest things ever - just brown some ground beef or turkey, add some taco seasoning mix (if you dont have a lot of seasonings at your house) and serve in taco shells with the trimmings you like best!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

BROWN 1 POUND HAMBURGER
ADD I PACKET TACO MIX AND ABOUT 1/3 CUP WATER
ADD 1 CAN CREAMED CORN!.
ADD CHOPPED ONION AND BELL PEPPER
DO THIS IN A CAST IRON SKILLET IF POSSIBLE!.
MIX UP 1 BATCH OR 1 BOXED MIX CORNBREAD AND POUR ON TOP!. BAKE UNTIL CORNBREAD IS DONE!.

IF NO CAST IRON SKILLET US A SHALLOW BAKING DISH!.

SERVE WITH HOT SAUCE

BLACK BEAN CHICKEN ENCHILADAS
3/4 lb boneless skinless chicken breast half
3 slices bacon
2 garlic clove, minced
1 1/2 cups picante sauce
1 red bell pepper, chopped
1 teaspoon cumin
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup green onion, sliced
1 1/2 cups monterey jack cheese, shredded
1 (16 ounce) can black beans
6 large flour tortillas
--Cut chicken into thin strips or shred!. Saute bacon until crisp, reserving 2 tbsp drippings!. Saute chicken and garlic in drippings until chicken is opaque!. Add 1/2 cup picante sauce, beans, red bell pepper, cumin and salt!. Simmer 7-8 minutes, until thick!. Stir in green onions and crumbled bacon!. Top each tortilla with 1/4 cup chicken mixture and 1 Tbsp cheese!. Roll up and place in baking dish!. Top with remaining 1 cup picante sauce!. Bake at 350F for 15 minutes!. Top with remaining cheese and bake 3 minutes more!.
*This is also great with sausage in place of the bacon! I actually prefer it!
