no, candy ( or sweets as we call it in the uk) is considered thing slike jelly beans, wine gums, opal fruits, starburst etc generally sweet flavoured things that are mainly made up of sugar as the main ingrediant, sweets (or candy) , chocolate is chocolate, it is made of cocoa which is a grain, a bit like coffe, ground and has other stuff added to make it taste nice, hope this helps!Www@FoodAQ@Com
