it sounds like your friend has a lot of ideas that most people just arent ready for!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

My steak's still mooing when I cut into it and I love it! It's the food chain!. You can choose to lower yourself on it or stay at the top!. We have canine teeth which are designed (or evolved depending on your stance) to rip and tear meat!

How do you know it wanted to live!? Animals do not have a sense of life and death as we do!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

OMG YEs!!!!! All the time!!! Iv tryed to convince my family thats it sooo wrong to eat a poor little animal!!!! ABut they never listen and when i say it they eat more!.!. (As$'s!.!.)

No, I don't feel bad about eating meat!. However, your friend is no a fool!. Dr!. Dean Ornish has proved through research that a low-fat vegetarian diet will CURE heart disease!.

Vegetables and fruit also contain phytochemicals which are vital for our nutrition!. Meat contains zero phytochemicals!. Essentially, meat is protein, fat and cholesterol!. Plants contain both protein and fat (which our bodies need), but no cholesterol (our bodies produce cholesterol and we don't need it from food)!.

Americans eat too much meat!. It can lead to diseases like diabetes, gout, high blood pressure, cancer and heart disease!. Eating a plant based diet will eliminate these diseases!.

Your crazy friend is a very independent thinker!. I am so glad he was able to enlighten us with his propaganda tonight!. I will go to sleep knowing that I am now much more educated than I was BEFORE I read this question!.

Thank you!. You are a genius!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
