I love and hate rice!.
I love brown rice (unlike the majority)!.
And I HATE white rice!.
White rice is nutritionally void, it is bla and needs a lot of things to make it taste good!. That is just my opinion growing up in a household with health nuts!.
Brown rice has so much more flavor and texture and depth!. My favorite is jasmine or basmati!.
My favorite rice dishes are fried rice with tofu, scallions, egg, and chicken/bacon, baked rice with beans, cheese and bacon, and coconut rice!. SO GOOD!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
