I used to work at McD's; they have less soda water and more concentrate going through the lines!.

More syrup, less water equals pretty good!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

The fountain coke is mixed with part water!. They may use less water and more of the mix but who knows maybe it is all in our heads!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

It all depends on how the franchise sets their syrup to carbonation ratio!. It's adjustable!. Usually better when they use more syrup!. Maybe all McDonald's sets theirs the same and it's better than how other places set it!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

i don't think it tastes any better than "regular fountain coke"Www@FoodAQ@Com

I bet they just don't water it down as much as some other restaurants do!. Same with their orange, which I love!Www@FoodAQ@Com

They probably have the syrup to carbonated water ratio adjusted higher towards the syrup!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

I think they put hamburger grease in it!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Less water = more sugar (or corn syrup) = better taste!.

More sugar = more hyper kids though!.

They may also be using real sugar instead of cheaper corn syrup!. You may notice bottled Coke tasting better around Passover if you can find some with the Kosher symbol on it!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

idk! their sweet tea taste even better! (when it is fresh!)Www@FoodAQ@Com

I dont know but whatever the case, Wendys is the same way!! Yummy yummy!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

because they have a good mixture of Soda and SyrupWww@FoodAQ@Com

cause Mickey D's is magicalWww@FoodAQ@Com

Big Straws and the mix is heavier with the syrupWww@FoodAQ@Com

I used to work in places like that!. Most managers water it down to stretch it and make more money!. McDonald's apparently does not!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
