Why does milk taste sweet when you heat it?!

Question: Why does milk taste sweet when you heat it!?
I just heated up a glass of warm milk and it tastes really sweet!. I tried some cold milk too and it wasn't sweet at all! Why does milk become sweet when it's heated!?Www@FoodAQ@Com

Answers:
You basically break down the lactose, which is why the milk doesn't taste as sweet when it isn't heated!. The milk once heated has it's lactose broken down, and it turns into glucose, sugar!. So, even once cooled it still tastes sweet as the glucose remains!.

it never happened to me cuz i hate milkWww@FoodAQ@Com

Because you have broken down the lactose (a milk sugar) with heat and is broken into glucose (sugar) molecules!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
