Answers:
yes kind of if you eat slowly then you will know when your full so you wont over eat and wont gain as much weight if you eat fast then you cant tell if your full or notWww@FoodAQ@Com

what do you mean slowly like chew it slow then no but eating less will help and excersising!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

not really, but if you want to lose the weight, eat more healthier food!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

eating slowly gives your brain a better chance of realizing your're full sooner so you would likely eat lessWww@FoodAQ@Com

well i dont think it would because your still eating the calories no matter how slow or fast u go
but!.!.!. eat slowly may prevent u from eating moreWww@FoodAQ@Com

Yes, it takes awhile for your food to fill up in your stomach so the slower you eat, the sooner you'll feel full!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

absolutely not!. Caloric intake and caloric output are the only things that determine how much weight you gain or lose!. In laymans terms, how much you eat, and how much you excersice!. Eating slowly does nothing to the calorie count of what you eat!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

well you might be eating pizza slowly but do u think you will actually LOSE weight!?
NO
that just means that you need to eat right food and sloely, that way it will make you full faster and you wont' take more food!. because you'll already be full
get it!?
and you wont lose weight by doing, it will just make you full sooner!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

If by eating slowly, you mean by taking four weeks to eat what you would normally eat in three, than yes!.

Sarcasm aside ;) eating slowly does serve the one function in that in can allow your stomach's satiety center to become active and tell your brain that you're full!. Drinking lots of water with your meal can help with this, as well!.

But your best bet is simply to cut back the number of calories you consume!. Drop the breads!. Replace them with salads or vegetables or chicken or fish, for instance!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

possibly because your belly will feel fuller soonerWww@FoodAQ@Com

I was always told that it helps!. Eating slowly has nothing to do with weight loss, but if you eat faster the bulk of food that you eat gets to your stomach in one big chunk, so by the time the food gets there, you have eaten a whole plate of food and maybe seconds even though you could have had enough with just half a plate of food!. Although, if you take your time the food gets there in smaller quantities and it makes you feel like you are full faster!. This may help with degestion also!. Maybe try drinking a whole glass of water before you eat!. This also tricks your stomache into being full and helps you to eat less!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

no, however it will keep you from eating as much since you will get the sense of fullness with less food than if you eat fast!. It takes a while for your brain to register that you are full, that is the reason eating slowly usually causes you to eat less!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

well yes bcuz by eating slower the body is savoring wat it gets and its getting full by eating fastly the body hasnt sensed its being giving food so nu eat more and more calories to get fullWww@FoodAQ@Com

No it will not stop you gaining weight, it is what you eat that will make you gain or loose weight!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

No,you must control what you eat!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

not exactly!.!.!. u need to eat healthy food, but if u cant do it and you like rice, you should make steak(even though there is alot of fat in it) WITH rice!.!.!.just try it!.!.!.!.!.even though this food choice doesnt look that healthy it prevents you from eating more fat and remember to excercise everydayWww@FoodAQ@Com

In simple terms: you eat food = you gain weight!. Regardless of how fast you eat it!. also not all weight gained is fat!.
Eating food slowly gives your brain time to catch up (like many said here), so you will feel full, in contrast to woofing your plate down and still feeling hungry!.

The only weight to prevent weight gain is to consume as many calories as you burn!. Think of it this way:

Caloric Intake = Caloric Output
= Maintain weight (i!.e!. weight doesn't change)

Caloric Intake > Caloric Output
= Gain weight

Caloric Intake < Caloric Output
= Lose weight

It sounds like you're trying to lose weight!. It would benefit you to see your doctor or a nutritionist and work out a diet and exercise routine!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Yes because you will no when you are fullWww@FoodAQ@Com

The doctor told me that eating fast or slow doesn't matter it is the amount you eat!. Good luck!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
