Storing my fresh bread?!

Question: Storing my fresh bread!?
I bake my own bread and recently moved into an apartment building and as such, there's a certain critter I would prefer to keep out of my kitchen!. I'm storing my bread in a zip lock bag but notice it collects moisture!. What is the best way for me to store it without exposing it to the elements!?Www@FoodAQ@Com
