Answers:
Remove chillies immediatly!.you could add in some fresh cream or yoghurt or even coconut milk for an immediate solution !. It will taste yum!.But if you don't the flavour or consistency of the orignal curry changed(and if you have the time)then add in a cut up potatoe or 2 and cook for a while!.Once done, you can toss out the potato and enjoy the curry(the potatos are delicious too as they draw in the spices so they can be eaten as well)

You can't really blame the recipe because the heat in chillis vary greatly!.Even though i love spicy and hot food I always decrease the amount of chili AND other spices asked for in recipes as quite often they are overpowering! You can always serve the meal with extra chopped chilis, chilli sauce or pickles if you need to up the heat - much safer this way!!!
good luck!Www@FoodAQ@Com

Why did your curry turn out extra spicy if you only put in 4 from the required 10!?!?!?
You must be glad you didn't put in the whole 10!!!
Add some yoghurt to the mix!.
Not only will it make a nice, creamy texture but it will also calm the spiciness!.
A better way is if you add the yoghurt to the side when u eat!.
Then you can have as much as you want!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
