Question: Beans & Apples!?!?!?!?
will i lose weight if i just eat beans and fruit!?!?
How long do i have to do it for to lose about half a stone!?!?

No, if you eat that constantly then it will be harder for you to loose weight, i know this sounds stupid, but you still have to eat a sensible amount to loose weight, just cut out all junk and eat healthy food!.xWww@FoodAQ@Com

The only true diet is one based on healthy eating and regular exersise - these fad diets will only help you loose weight tempory mainly in water retention and your body will eventually go in to starvation mode and hold on to the fat - making it easy to put on weight as soon as you stop!.
Cut down on calories, eat 5 plus a day, cut out sugars and fats, keep meats and dairy down to a minimum and cut down on carbs!. Drink plenty of water and you will loose weight, maintain a healthy lifestyle and loose weight permanantly!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

no idea how long it'll take hun, i tried wacky diets where you only eat certain things but then its hard to stick to especially when you only want to lose half a stine and are already a healthy weight, the more healthy weight you are the less change your going to see fast weightloss, so eating nothing but apples and beans its going to be depressing especially when after a week you don't see mre than 2lb loss, then you'll wanna try the next wacky diet lol

just cut out the junk, but eat varied foods and eat little meals, maybe cut out snacks, if you try eating the GI way you don't get hungry because its foods that stablise the blood sugar levels,

sounds complex but it not lol, it doesn't cut out food groups, it just tells you which of the groups are the ones to eat and aviod

you should eat more of a healthy, balanced diet!. Try having five a day, cut out chocolate, crisps etc!. Hope this helped

not very balanced diet, why just eat beans and fruit!. Salad, chicken, fish, veg will be more appetising and you will still lose weight, everyone is different so you won`t know how long it will take to lose half stoneWww@FoodAQ@Com
