mix the hamburg w/ a packet of lipton onion soup mix and form the burgers and grill
either way, they will taste so good!
you can also use what's called Hamburg mix - found in the spice rack aisle!. It's made by McCormicks, I think!. Just mix it w/ the hamburg and cook!.

Grilled to be sure!. also, it's best to do it over charcoal instead of gas or electric!. But really that's a lot of extra work, so it's not always practical!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
