Question: Is there such thing as unhealthy fruit!?
i mean fresh fruit- not canned, or anything!.!.!.

what are some fruits i should try to avoid!?

No such thing as unhealthy fruit!.
Blue, red, purple fruits have the most antioxidants!.!.!.like berries, plums, etc!.

Bananas (have lots of potassium) have more calories as do Honeydew melons

Yes, in the gov't food pyramid, fruits & vegetables are together & you're supposed to have 8-9 portions which I think is a lot!.

You could also buy a "greens" product that will give you the full amt!. of vegetables you need each day!.
They also have Reds products that contain a full array of fruits!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

I don't think unhealthy is the right word!.!.!.bananas have more calories than others, coconut, too!. I guess some fruits are starchy, too!. I'm sure there's plenty of fruit facts on the internet!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Contrary to some of the other answers, most fruit is exceptionally good for you and you should eat a wide range!.

Avocado pears are maybe rather fattening and gives associated problems with other fatty foods, so perhaps they should be avoided!.

Veg can certainly be substituted, but try bright coloured rather than root veg!.
