Answers:
Korma is one of the worst currys you can have, go for a chicken tikka or a tandorri, these are dry curries which are much better for you!.

I love a Korma and am on a diet too, but I finf a chicken tikka satisfies my curry needs without impacting hugely on my calorie intake!.

I would say if you want a Korma once a week you need to save a whole days (possible more) worth of calories!Www@FoodAQ@Com

i don't think most people know what korma is, so it would be helpful if you could describe itWww@FoodAQ@Com

I think a Korma from a take away is one of the highest point values, I would save more than a whole days worth of points, check in your weight watchers books because I know they will give you a rough ideaWww@FoodAQ@Com

Chicken Korma: 1 serving is approximately 502 calories, 35 grams of fat and the fiber is unknown, which would make it approximately 13 points per serving!.

Thai Chicken Curry: 1 cup is approximately 340 calories, 23 grams of fat and the fiber is unknown, which would make it approximately 9 points per cup!.

Naan Bread: 1 serving of 100 grams is approximately 272 calories, 5!.5 grams of fat, 4 grams of fiber, which would make it approximately 5 points per serving!.

Onion Barji: I couldn't find anything on this one :(

White rice carries approximately 209 calories and brown rice carries 119 calories, but it is really hard to say exactly how many calories rice is at the restaurant because of all the goodies they add into your typical rice so if you can order a brown rice hold the butter and extra sauces and what not, I would say that would be the healthiest!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

I have a weight watchers going out book, and it says a Chicken Kurma is 24 ww points!. that not including rice or naan!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Chicken korma 21 points, lamb korma 23 points according to the book!. I have one evening a week where I go out & have a meal & forget the points!. It works quite well as I still loose the wieghtWww@FoodAQ@Com

Considering it's just cream and spice it's not going to be a low amount is it!?Www@FoodAQ@Com
