Answers:
I drink green tea because it's relaxing and also because of its health benefits!. The antioxidants are good for you, they're believed to be anti-cancer and can help maintain a healthy weight!.

But honestly, were it not for the health benefits, I probably won't be drinking it everyday!.

Don't drink the bottled stuff, most probably it has sugar added into it!. Get those from teabags or better still, dried tea leaves!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

the natural antioxidents in it are what makes it so good for you!. its cleans your bodyWww@FoodAQ@Com

Supposedly it's got all these great antioxidants and stuff but, face it, how much of that is able to survive being bottled and shipped across the country!? The pre-made stuff just doesn't seem like it'd be that healthy but I do believe in brewing my own tea and buy tea from a tea shop here in town where the tea hasn't been sitting on the shelf forever and I brew it at home and drink it shortly after it's brewed!. That tea is probably healhty!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

The bottom line is that there are many claims that green tea consumption can reduce cancer risk, but the evidence is not abundantly clear!. There is, though, more substantive evidence that it can help lower cholesterol!.

I don't think the bottled stuff is as good for you as the fresh brewed stuff!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
