Dieting?? I miss eating!!!?!
I miss poptarts, chocolate, diet cokes, pizza, real chips, sigh!. Anyone else where I am!?!?!? I have been dieting for a year and 6 months, i lost 20 lbs and i am happy where I am, but gosh, there are some things i miss about being fat!!!Www@FoodAQ@Com

Just because you're on a diet doesn't mean that you have to give up the foods you love!. Dieting is all about eating in moderation: if you eat the right portion, then you can still enjoy those foods!. Just eat smaller portions of the "junk" food, and not as often as you used to!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

congrats on the weight loss! read the labels so you eat only ONE portion of whatever you want!. don't eat too much of it!. also, if you eat the food more slowly, it will trick your brain into thinking you've had more of it!. this is just one site that I got when I typed in "food cravings"!. eat it early in the day so you have longer to burn it off!. foods eaten in the morning are metabolized differently than if they're eaten later in the day!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
You can still have all that stuff in moderation if prepared correctly!. Eat dark choc, its good for you!. Diet cokes are fake and chemically- try a natural version of diet cola like they have a trader joes or any health food store!. They make these cheesy chips too that are pretty good and taste similar to the full fat version!. That is good you lost that much, keep it up!. Don't think about missing those old junk foods!. Think about trying the new foods with less processed nasty ingredients and you will be happy!. All the foods you talk about they have available-even the poptarts!. also whole wheat pizza crust, add basil, mozzarella and candian bacon for a low fat version!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
I'm dieting & have cut out lots of food & eat smaller portions!.
About every 1 1/2 months, I have a slice or 2 of pizza with diet coke!. It didn't stop me from losing weight!.
On birthdays, I will have a slice of cake!.
Maybe you can do a bit more exercise that day!.

Dieters can still eat those things!. They just have to eat them in moderation and smaller portions!. Plus drink a lot of water because that will fill you up before you eat those things and you won't eat as much of it!. Plus make sure you are rounding out a diet with exercise also, because if you do have a moment of food splurging one can always do an extra lap around the block to burn a few more calories!. You shouldn't cut everything out! That's why I NEVER do those crazy diets--one day I know I'm going to want a pizza or a pepsi--I just don't eat it all the time! I give myself Saturday and Sunday to eat the "bad" stuff!. But the thing is, I feel so guilty for eating it, so I usually only eat something bad once in awhile!
