Question: I'm going to a holiday resort, it's self catering, i'm taking some food with me, should i freeze it or not!?

i was just going to take the food from the fridge in the morning and put it into a cool bag, but then i thought maybe i could freeze it and take it frozen!.

Hi,

I wouldn't freeze the food, but I would freeze some bottles of water the night before(don't fill the plastic bottle up completely) then pack the bottles around the food, this should keep it well chilled until you get it to the resort to freeze it!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
