Question: What are some easy to make healthy, and filling, breakfast ideas!?
Answers:
- 2 slices whole-grain raisin bread with 2 tbsp all-natural peanut butter and some banana slices; have with a glass of organic milk!.

- 2 scrambled eggs (scrambled in olive oil) and 1-2 slices whole-grain toast; 1 glass orange juice

- 1 cup whole-grain, low-sugar cereal (such as Kashi, Nature's Path, etc) with organic milk, topped with some chopped walnuts or ground flaxseed and/or wheat germ; 1 orange

- 1 cup whole-grain hot cereal (such as oatmeal), topped with chopped walnuts and raisins and sweetened with 1 tbsp raw honey; 1 banana (you can cook the hot cereal in organic milk if you'd like to add more protein and calcium to the meal!. I like to cook mine in half water, half milk)!.

- Vegetable omelette (I like spinach) with 1-2 slices whole-grain toast and 1/2 grapefruit!.

- Fruit parfait made with 1 cup plain yogurt, 1/2 cup low-sugar, all-natural granola, and 1/2 cup sliced strawberries!. You may drizzle some raw honey on top to add some natural sweetness!.

i love huevos rancheros!. you could do a healthier version by using egg beaters instead of scrambled eggs, lowfat cheese (if you use any cheese), and black beans instead of refried beans!. i suppose it's not exactly huevos rancheros anymore, but it's similar and i bet it would taste very good!. maybe just a small tortilla, too!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Yoghurt and fruit is healthy easy breakfast option!. Cereals such as Weetbix and Vitabrits also are fantastic as they are a brilliant source nutrition and fibre!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
