Cereal because today they pack them full of vitamins and it fills you faster then a piece of toast and you get calcium with the milk as well!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
Haha I find it pretty crazy that cereal helps you sleep because cereals like Cocoa Pops and Nutri Grain etc are PACKED full of sugar (sugar keeps most people awake and gives you an instant burst)!.
