Deep orange and pale yellow yolks? Which is healthier, and why the disparity?!

This is all I could find on yolks!. My mom raises chickens, and we corn feed them!. She has always claimed that they are healthier!. I use them sometimes in baking!.

The color of the yolk has alot to do with the hens feed!. I included a link for you!. I wonder if it also has to do with the grade of the egg!. My husband and I visited a egg booth at the local fair last year and learned alot about the grades of eggs!. They range from AA to C, C being the lowest and used for industrial cooking!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
Yolk color has a lot more to do with what the chicken was eating than age or other factors!. Garbage in, Garbage out :) though in the US protien fed chickens are scary!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
