How to burn off what i ate without a gym?!
So far i have eaten two eggs white omelets with cheese and bacon!. Then for lunch i ate two cup of toastidos chips with cheese and sour creme and haven't eaten dinner yet!? What can i do before dinner to burn off what i just ate!? And what should i eat for dinner since i have no fish and i have ground turkey!? thanks!Www@FoodAQ@Com

Do you have any workout equipment at home!? If you don't, and are in a good neighborhood with time to spare, I would suggest a brisk walk or jog!. If those don't apply you can do pushups, crunches, pullups (if you have a bar), Jumping jacks, run in place, put on some tunes and dance, etc!. As for how much it would take to burn off what you ate, I am not sure!. I am no nutrition expert, but I would think ground turkey would be fine (can't stand fish unless its tuna here)!. Baked chicken might be a good idea too, not breaded!. If you have a grill, get some chicken strips (unbreaded) and throw them on, try to keep from using a lot of sauce, which for me is hard to do as well lol!. Take a brisk walk outside for 30-40 minutes!.!.!. as for dinner a nice taco salad or turkey burgers w/lettuce leaves for a bun!.!.!.that is if you are watching your carbs!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
