Healthy foods for a trip???!
My 3 friends and I are all going on a feild trip, its just us and one of my friends mom!. we will be going on a 9 hour drive and staying 3 nights and she said to bring a cooler full of breakfast stuff and fave snacks(our hotel room has a kitchen so we can cook) the parent thats taking us is SUPER nice, but always has organic and healthy foods so I need some food ideas that are healthy and/or organic, because i don't want her to think i eat unhealthy !. We live in a very small town so there isn't many places to shop i need ideas i can make or that are really common

P!.S some of the snacks should be portable for the car ride and not messy <(^_^)>Www@FoodAQ@Com

First think of what has to be chilled has to be eaten first!. Then think fresh fruit always, but limit it on long trips, because it can cause incontinence!. So add plenty of fiber, as in veggies and chips with dips, salads and granola!. That's why we take Gorp on trail hikes!.(Trail mix)!. Above all have plenty of clean water to drink with everything you consume!. Get your friends tog aether and have each one pick out a healthy snack!. As a M&M, Granola ,raisins!. trailmix, cornnuts, peanuts, bridge mix, skittles, goobers, raisinets, etc!. and mix them into a granola snack frenzy!. Make a couple bags 4each day!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
