no that is a good small sized meal!.!.!.for me anyway!. I had a medium sized tilapia fillet, about a cup of chow mein with vegetables mixed in!. And a medium sized side salad with french dressing and parmesan cheese!. I think you did good!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

If you want to slim down, cut the rice down to 2 table spoon!. Please add a few snacks!. Instead of Char siu, maybe steak or boiled chicken breast!.
