Twice baked potatoes and fresh asparagus with hollandaise sauce!. Coconut shrimp with dip for an appetizer!.!.!.(you can by them in the freezer section in the seafood area of most grocery stores)!. Tossed salad and warm dinner rolls!. I would also whip up a quick horseradish sauce to serve with the steak!.
The potatoes!.!.!.
Bake them, cut them in half and scoop out the inners!. Put in a bowl with some butter, a little sour cream and whip them with a beater!. Add chedder cheese (smoked gouda is also really good in them) and put spoon back into the skins!. Sprinkle with a little more cheese and bake again until cheese is melted and golden brown!.
Horesradish sauce!.!.!.!.
a cup of sour cream mixed with about a Tablespoon of mayo (good kind!.!.!.like helmans!.!.!.not miracle whip type), add horseradish to desired taste/hotness and also add garlic powder and a little salt and pepper to desired taste, then I usually mix in a dash or two of worchestershire sauce!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

My fiance loves steak!. Whenever I want to get him to stay in for a night I make steak with mushrooms and a red wine butter sauce, baked sweet potatoes opened with brown sugar and butter inside and brussell sprouts with extra virgin olive oil and garlic (simmer them for like an hour in a non stick pot) or asparagus (made the same as the brussell sprouts) if you like this idea I can give you step my step directions!. (just let me know if you are planning on grilling or frying the steak!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
