Question: Cheese has white stuff growing on one end!?
is it mold, is it still safe to eat!? it's been refridgerated, but its also about a month old, smells okayWww@FoodAQ@Com

It started off that way before you purchased it!.!.!.(they cut it all off before they wrapped it) All you do, if it still smells good, is cut off the yucky part and eat it!. I have been a starvin marvin and believe me, you take what you can get!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

It is just a little mold, just cut it off and discard!. It is still safe to eat!. You may find the cheese is slightly sharper, depending upon the type of cheese!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
