Are cream puffs fattening?!

Question: Are cream puffs fattening!?
Answers:
Yes, VERY !Www@FoodAQ@Com

ANYTHING is "Fattening" in the wrong amounts!.

We don't gain fat by eating particular foods, we gain it by consuming more than we expend!.

A calorie is a measurement of energy, and basic physics & Chemistry teach us that we can't create or destroy energy, it can only change states!.

So if we consume excess energy (calories), it doesn't destroy itself!.!. it deposits itself as bodyfat (stored energy)

If you consume more calories than you expend, then yes, they're fattening!.!. if you're expending more than you're taking in!.!. you can "get away with it"

As for the cream puff itself!.!. if it's storebought, you'll have a serving size/nutrition info on the package!.

Using a "generic" Cream Puff nutrition info!.!.

If you're talking miniature ones with custard filling, a generic average is about 60cals EACH!.!. whereas a 4!.6oz creampuff is about 350calories!.!.

to compare that to other things!. the 4!.6 oz creampuff carries the same # of calories as

-2 whole cans of soda

-is 80 calories MORE than a chick-fil-a grilled chicken sandwich

-is equal in calories to a 9oz cut of flank steak

-is equal in calories to a Taco Bell Chili-cheese burrito!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

It depends on what else you eat during the day!. They're not healthy for you, but they won't make you gain weight unless you ate more calories than what you burn during the day!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

nothing is fattening if you workout everydayWww@FoodAQ@Com

yes Calories per puff: 133!.4
Calories per puff with cream: 214!.2Www@FoodAQ@Com

Anything with the word "cream" in it is bound to have a lot of fat!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
