Answers:
It is really hard to gain muscle at this age, because your bones and other tissues are still growing! But, to gain muscle, you need protein, and eggs are an excellent source of protein!. I would feed you 3 or 4 eggs if you were my son ( I am assuming you are a guy!.) And also tons of vegetables and whole grain carbohydrates to give your body lots of nutrients to work with!
Good Luck!Www@FoodAQ@Com

Eggs are full of protein and very healthy!. Maybe look into getting some supplement packs at health food store to help you gain some healthy weight!. Talk to a person that works there and they should be able to help you!. Good luck!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Well! i suggest you that not to skip egg from your daily food because it doesn't cause weight gain its a great source of protein , calcium and other vitamins!. You can skip shake from your diet but never never skip eggWww@FoodAQ@Com

my experience with people i have seen and talked to --is maintain protein for weight lifting --like poultry --fish---vegetables---find a trainer to talk to---or a coachWww@FoodAQ@Com
