Question: Froglegs!? Snails!? Alligator Meat!? Or Bufallo Meat!? Which of these would u prefer more if u had a choice!?
Answers:
Give me alligator meat I guess cause I am NOT going to eat or kiss anyone that has eaten froglegs or snails!. The alligator meat sounds better than buffalo meat, but none of them sound all that great!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

I have had them all and when prepared correctly - are really good!.
Yes, froglegs taste like chicken, but the meat is more delicate and less fatty, but not very much meat per leg!. Pan fried in butter and garlic - yum!.

Alligator, only had one time and tasted OK, kind of greasy, but I don't know if that was the sauce or the meat, but it was definitly edible!.

Snails or Escargot - chewy garlic 'erasers'!. I have had canned and fresh!. Fresh are better, but I am not crazy about the texture and can be easily over-cooked!. But steamed in a wine/butter/garlic sauce and served with lots of french bread, yum!.

My favorite overall is buffalo meat - if you like beef, buffalo has a really rich meat flavor like a really good corn feed cut of angus!. It usually has a lot less fat than beef but the steaks are great and the meat makes great hamburgers!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

I have had all your choices!. My top two choices are alligator and buffalo, however, to pick a winner, I would choose buffalo because it is more versatile, and if serving it to guests, most would never realize they are chomping into a big furry beast!.

Ever had yak meat!? Very rich, delicate and very yummy too!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Ooooh!. Those all sound scrumpsous! I have tried them all as well!.

My favorite is probably snails, either steamed or stir-fried, with some sweet sauce on the side (Chinese-style)!. I love sucking those little things out of the shell, LOL!.

Next is Buffalo meat!. Really, you can't go wrong with a nice Buffalo burger or steak!.

I actually enjoyed Alligator meat as well, have only had it a couple of times, but I like the texture and taste!. What can I say!? I'm not the most healthy eater!.

I had a bad experience with froglegs once, so that probably skews my perception!. If they are cooked right, I could eat a bushel!. I like them fried!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

I have had all of your choices but the best by far was Blackened Alligator in N'Orleans! Yum!! I grew up with my family frog gigging and have many memories of frog legs and family fun! Have fun with your question!Www@FoodAQ@Com

I've eaten Buffalo many times!. It's actually quite lean, but has a very chewy texture!. But really good!. Lots of restaurants have buffalo burgers or buffalo ribs!. Although more places refer to it as Bison!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

I'm a vegetarian, but I'm kinda scared of alligators, so it wouldn't bother me as much to eat one as it would to eat animals that I never worry about!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

I've had all these and I prefer the buffalo meat!. I love snails if they are cooked properly!. Frog legs, no big deal, taste like chicken!.!.kind of!. Alligator meat, too fatty for me!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
