I'm Hungry? What Should I Eat To Stay Full?!
so far today I have had a handful of pretzels, 3 small tortillas stuffed with salsa and an orange!. I know it's not much or very healthy but I wasn't very hungry earlier!. What can i eat now to hold me off until dinner!? I have more fruit (but fruit never fills me up), low fat popcorn, cookies, crackers!.!.!.junk!.

Try a high fiber cereal as a snack!. The higher the fiber the more full you will feel!. And feel full longer!. If you do not have cereal available have dairy, dairy takes longer to digest so you will feel full longer!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
You could make yourself a bowl of oatmeal using milk and add some fruit to it!. Oatmeal is a complex carbohydrate and will both fill you up and keep you full until dinner!.
