Any nutrition in rice?!

Question: Any nutrition in rice!?
Ive heard rice is good for you and that brown rice and whole rice is better than white but why is it when I look at the nutrition info on the package they are both almost completely useless!. Is any processing destructive to rice's nutrients or is really just an empty grain!?Www@FoodAQ@Com
