You get all the salt you need and more naturally from the food you eat!. Some of the processed foods available have enough in a meal for the family never mind one person!.
You should only need to add modest amounts for flavour to Chips, Veg etc but that's about it!.
The other downer is that it is bad for blood pressure

Too much salt isn't good for you!. A lot of salt makes you retain water, which makes you bloated!. Plus, it will lead to high blood pressue and diabetes later on in life!. So get use to not eating a lot of salt starting now!. Because you don't want to become a diabetic later on!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
Well no, you won't FEEL yourself getting sick, but salt is sodium!. And generally a lot of food can already be high in sodium, and by putting salt, you just add more!. High sodium leads to high blood pressure, which is bad for you in the long run!. Use sparingly!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
