Always hungry please help?!
im super fit and skinny i drink 3+litres of water a day and eat tonnes like my mum and all my friends think i should be a boy, i eat that much! anyways its really starting to annoy me like 30 mins after i eat my guts is rumbling and it hurts its like that hollow rumble, i eat tonnes of low GI foods-weetbix, porridge etc, eat tonnes of fruit and veg and pasta and stuff but its started to wake me up at night, what should i be eating!

hey you!. sounds like you have an incredible metabolism! do you ever eat some good protein like chicken or peanut butter!? that is very filling!. fruits and veggies are great to eat!. are you a vegetarian!? if so, I'm not trying to offend by recommending meat!. almonds stay with you longer!. that pasta will just turn to sugar and cause you to be hungry later!. not to mention cause you to wake up with a serious "food hangover!." eating some good carbs about 3 hours before bed should help you sleep!. also, drinking milk before you go to bed will help you sleep, too!. :)Www@FoodAQ@Com
Try not eatting junk food all the time!. And try not eatting so much, eating alot can make you sick!. Try eatting MORE fruits,vegtables, and healthy stuff!. Maybe you could eat junk food once in a while but not so much, also try excersizeing it's good too!. Tell your mom about this, she could help!. Or go to the doctor to check it out!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
You may want to have a simple blood test done to check your thyroid gland, too!. An overactive thyroid can cause a person to consume excessive amounts of foodstuff and still feel hungry!. It is inexpensive and non-invasive and well worth avoiding all the health risks associated with it!. You don't state your age!.!.!.!.overactive thyroid knows no limits, though!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
i eat a lot too!. its kind of a joke in my family!. im not too worried though!. as long as your health is good otherwise than you should be okay!. although if you are worried that there may be an underlying condition(unlikely, but possible)see a doctor!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
it doesnt mean hunger it means your intestines are working and maybe too much i dont know !. a nutrutionist is what you need!. they will determine your dietary needs from a number of factors that are just too involved to do yourself without a lot of boring study!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
if u want 2 fix yo problem den eat enough 4 u 2 get full & stop , dont b workin out so much only work out every once n a while so u get a figure an wont look like a boi & dont eat so healthy dont eat enogh 2 destory ur healthness but being 2 heath aint good 4 fok
