When I think of eating, I gag?!
Just to start off, I absolutely am NOT bulimic, anorexic, or have an eating problem!. in fact, i actually eat alot! but all of sudden, yesterday morning, my appetite curbed!. when i think of sweets or snack cakes, I litterally feel nausous!. I tried eating a couple different things and they helped but afterwards I felt bad!. Like today!. This morning I had two eggs with bread and orange juice!. I felt nausous after!. I tried a little candy, thought maybe I needed a sugar boost!. Now its way past Lunch!. I'm kinda hungry but I don't want to feel bad after my meal!.!.!.help!?Www@FoodAQ@Com

That happened to me a few years ago!. My mom told me it was because I wasn't sleeping enough!. When you go for many days or weeks without sleeping enough, especially if you're young, your whole body and system gets weak and sometimes it can cause you to feel fatigue or like you want to gag when you think about food!. I'm just like you, I eat a lot! But yea i know how you feel!.!.!.unless it's because you're pregnant!.!.!.then that's a whole different story!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
You may be getting a bug!. also OJ is very acidic & can cause you to not feel well!.
Try staying with soft, bland, non-acidic foods like: Applesauce, rice, noodles, chicken soup, skinless chicken, turkey breast, Jello, chocolate pudding, baked potato, hamburger, Gatorade, eggs, toast, etc!.
Avoid very sugary foods for a few days!.
You might try taking Pepto Bismol before you eat!. It helps nausea & coats stomach!.

well have you been eating lots of junk food lately at random times of the day!? i find if i do that my appetite disappears
