Tuna salad is a blend of typically three main ingredients: tuna, eggs, and some form of mayonaise or mayonnaise-substitute, such as mustard!. The tuna used is usually pre-cooked, canned, and preserved with water or oilWww@FoodAQ@Com

I would say mayo, but add a bit or vinaigrette to spice it up if you like!. However, I use mayo and add Cumin to add some flavor!. It makes it very yummy!. Chopped green onions are also a nice touch!Www@FoodAQ@Com

the vinegarette juice from the sweet pickles I chop up in it!. Mayo gets really runny and you can't store it for very long, so it goes onto the bread when we make the sandwiches!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

A little mayo, some Worcester sauce (However its spelled), a hint of mustard and some cut up celery!. Trust me you'll never go back to vinaigrette!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Mayonnaise, but drain all the water or oil, whichever the tuna is packed in first!. Makes it stick together better!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

I normally use mayonaisse because it's classic!.

I think I should use a healthier option than mayonaisse, but the flavor would not be the same!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
