Water many times is what someone needs when they are fatigued!. It is a sing of dehydration!. If you want the boost, either get the vitamin water that has vitamin B ( the vitamin our body uses to convert energy) or drink water and start taking vitamin B as a pill supplement!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
Cut back on carbohydrates and processed, refined sugars and flour (like white bread)!. Increase vitamin B complex!. Stay far away from the so-called energy drinks, and from any drinks that contain sugar!. Aside from eating and drinking, get some decent, moderate exercise like walking!. Protein works best !.!.!. It keeps your energy at an even rate!. Sugar will give you a temporary "high", but then you'll crash, and feel worse than before!.!.!.!. energy drinks r perfectly ok in moderation, altho i dont particulary like the taste!. perhaps mountain dew!? or some fruit, it has moderate amounts of sugar and the coldness will help a little bit to keep u alert!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

I choose green tea!. Three glasses a day is supposed to prevent cancers and increase your metabolism, and keeps you awake!. What's not to love about that!?!Www@FoodAQ@Com
