Question: What is General Tso's Chicken, and what are egg rolls!?
I'm Asian Australian I have no idea what these so-called "Asian" foods are!. Is an egg roll like a spring roll!?Www@FoodAQ@Com

Answers:
Gen Tso's is an American-Chinese dish!. Batter-coated nuggets of velveted chicken in a sweet-hot sauce with soy as it's main base ingredient!. The sauce makes everything virtually candied, including the small chili pods!. Normally served with steamed broccoli over American style fried rice!. It's darn delicious!.

Nearly the same is sesame chicken, difference being there is sesame oil used, no chili's and it's served with toasted sesame seeds sprinkled on top!.

Egg rolls are in the line of spring rolls, but much larger!. They can have a variety of fillings, but usually are found filled with steamed/braised cabbage, onion, carrot and julienne sliced roast pork or small baby shrimp!. The casing is won-ton skins!. They're deep fried!. The traditional way I was taught to eat them is to split them down the centre and add equal amounts of Chinese hot mustard and sweet duck sauce!.
