Answers:
First off, I don't see chicken in there anywhere as an alternative to the beef or seafood!. For large functions like this, chicken is the safer bet and more popular as one of the alternatives!.
Cream velvet soup
Beef with mushroom
Mixed vegetable with seafoods delight
Dessert (depends on what flavour(s) your wedding cake are so the two aren't the same-if it's not one of those, then mango mousse)

(pasta I didn't see the other choices up there)Www@FoodAQ@Com

"soup or salad, pork, beef, pasta, vegetable, dessert
1)Cream of mushroom
2)Beef cordon bleu
3)Mixed vegetable with meat and quail eggs
4)Mango mousse cakeWww@FoodAQ@Com

People are concerned about the way they eat more these days!. You have meat in EVERYTHING!.!.!.not everyone wants that nor do they want refined food with tons of calories and fat!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
