Thirst actually often gets mixed up with sense of hunger!.
To stuff down emotions:
Anxiety
Stress
Depression
Boredom
Anger
Sadness
Happiness
Reward yourself
Not eating enough at meals!.

when you're not hungry and you just eat
it's usallybecause your mouth is bored
and you just want something in your mouth!.
it's really bad to do this because this is how
ppl gain all the weight they don't want!.
so if you do feel like you need something in your mouth
just drink some water

could be a few different reasons!.!.!.!.!.bored/sad/depressed, stressed out!.!.!.!.

drink a glass of water instead when you're wanting to eat but KNOW you're not hungry as you've already eaten!.
Try writing down in a journal, when you start eating!.!.what time it is, what mood you're in!.!.!.Is it being bored!? or what!?

one reason is because your bored and dont know what to do or because ur alone or even because it just tastes good so to prevent it eat filling foods and stay active and dont go into the kitchen much so that ur not tempted!!Www@FoodAQ@Com
