steaks!? Thanks!Www@FoodAQ@Com

Answers:
Sirloin, you don't need to marinate it!. It should be great with just salt & pepper before cooking, then cook!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Balsamic vinegar( or whatever vinegar you have) with a little olive oil( or whatever oil you have), paprika, chopped garlic, rosemary( if you have)!. salt and pepper!.
Whisk and place the steak in there for a few hours!.

No vinegar!?
Use Lemon!.
Paprika optional
Rosemary optional!.
( but better if you have)!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

If you can afford sirloin, why ask this!? I don't have a marinade but if you pan fry it in oil and garlic then put wasabe butter on top is really good!. Wasabe butter: soft butter mixed with wasabe (a japanese horseradish)!. Very good!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

I buy the montreal steak seasoning packet the peppercorn and garlic!. It come in alittle paper pouch!. I costs dollar and some change!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
