Put them in an AIR TIGHT container and keep them cold!.!.!.!.put in the refrigerator!. If you don't do this they will not be safe to eat later!. The reason you want to use an air tight container is to restore the original packing conditions!. Notice the pop and expansion of the rolls when you open the roll!? This is because they were in a vacuum sealed container!. This will prolong the life of the product!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Lots of good suggestions here!. But if you do this often and have other food you wish to keep refrigerated with as little air as possible you may want to look into a vacuum food sealer!.

They are an appliance that lets you re-bag, and remove all air from the bag, so that you product can be refrigerated for extended periods of time!. The following URL is just ans example - there are many on the market!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Cook the whole thing now and store half in plastic wrap in the frig!. Later unwrap and reheat in the microwave, trickle on a little a maple syrup and enjoy!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Seal the rest in a plastic bag, removing as much air as possible!. Refrigerate!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Partially bake the other half, cool and then wrap in saran!.!. refrigerate or freeze!.!. when needed!.!. finish baking!.!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
