Nothing better, fresher , easier than homemade!
You could use fresh garlic but i don't because sometimes , fresh garlic changes into a weird bluish/green colour although most of the time it turns out fine!.

I do this, always keep garlic flakes and dried mixed herbs in your pantry - in this way you could have garlic butter everyday, all day!!!!!!!!!

Simply soften your butter, try to do this by leaving it out for a couple hours but if u forget, soften in the microwave on 10 second bursts, watch-it should'nt melt!!

Soak the garlic flakes for about 5-10 mins in a little water just to hydrate!.Drain

Then stir in to the soft butter along with some mixed dried or fresh herbs - YUMMO!!
Store leftovers well wrapped in fridge!.(to enjoy on some bread @ midnight,shhh!)Www@FoodAQ@Com

OMG do people actully BUY garlic butter!?!?!?!?!?
WOW you learn something new everyday
make your own

take some butter, and garlic, depending on how strong you like it, mash your cloves and mix with the butter, throw in a handful of herbs of chioce
place on kitchen foil, roll into a log and refridgerate

wow

if you are using this to make garlic bread, use as it is, if you are placing it on the table, roll it in dried chives before placing in fridge for at least an hour, slicing it, straight from the fridge before useWww@FoodAQ@Com

an easy way to make garlic butter is to soften butter add crushed garlic, spices I use parsley and chive flakes, whip and place in a container!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
