Question: Did i eat a lot today!?!?!?!?
5 packs of patato chips
4 chocolate bars
curry and rice and chips
2 jellos
3 peices of garlic

ok this is the first time ive ate this much in ages but im going to do one hour of running on a treadmill now and im on my period so will i gain weight in one day!.!.!. and im onlyyy going to eat fruit tommorow!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Breakfast:
4 hot pockets
1 bowl of honey bunches of oats
1 bannana
1 orange
1 V8

Lunch
3 1/2 beef burritos (taco bell)
1 chicken quesadilla
1 Klondike bar
1 bag of doritos

Snack (two hours later)
1 box of rasberries (about a cup I think)
2 things of yogurt
1/2 bag of pretzels

And the day goes on!.!.!. Don't feel bad!. we all pig out some times, and some of us stay skinny!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

No offense but that is a terrible diet!. It has waaay to much junk food (sugar)!. An all fruit diet isn't good either!.

Why aren't you eating any normal meals (example: a sandwich, a pasta dish, etc!.) You need to eat a more balanced diet!.!.!.!.veggies, meat (if you're not a vegetarian), dairy, grains!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

You need to eat food like a human being lol!.
