Well since I just had some myself a little while ago, I'd have to say tomato soup!. I like to make it with milk instead of water!. I know you will think this is crazy but instead of putting crackers in my soup I use potato chips!. I've done that for years!. Once when I was little I wanted crackers in my tomato soup and we didn't have any so my mom talked me into trying potato chips instead!. I loved it that way and never used crackers again!.

You should always keep healthy snacks onhand in a zip lock bag in case of midnight snacking!. Snacking at night time is the worst because you dont do anything you just go back to sleep and you burn calories slower!. Some simple examples of healthy snacks are

Some cereal with a bannana and skimmed milk it will help you sleep and is low fat if you choose the right cereal one that doesnt have lots of sugar in it!.Dont eat it to close to going to bed if you can help it!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
