Candy problems?!
i always crave eating candy and then i go to the liquir store and buy candy and then i start eating it but afer i eat like half of the candy it dosesnt taste good and i feel fat from eating it but yet i still buy it!. also i always tell myself im going to stop eating it but then i stil buy it !. am i the only one who there any1 like me or know how to stopWww@FoodAQ@Com

If you crave a lot of sugar, just try to trend towards eating less sugar all the time!. That doesn't mean going from eating tons of candy to never eating candy again starting now!. But just pay attention to what you eat and try to appreciate other flavors that aren't just sugar!. If you start eating less sugar, it becomes more manageable over time!. Good luck!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Try eating other things!. Fruit is sweet or maybe a piece of bread to mimic the texture!.

You're not the only one, trust me!. I am SO bad about that, too!. It's really hard to shake the habit, but what I did was go out and bought a bunch of sweet snacks that were in 100 calorie packs and kept a big stockpile of stuff like that to curb my cravings!. It sucks at first, but after a while you stop feeling like you're going to DIE without the candy!. :-)Www@FoodAQ@Com
I get those cravings all the time too!. I've noticed though that if I eat certain candies that I don't like, then I wont eat as much of it!. You could try that!. That seems to be the only thing that has been able to help me!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
