Whats the healthist/diet food at this school!. This is what they serve!.

bisket sausage sandwich with cheese
eggs bacon and sausage
lunch-
fried chicken strips with season salt frys!.
A salad loaded with cheese ranch and chicken with seeds!.
wheat sandwich with turkey lettace, cheese and bell peppers
burger with fries
pizza ( all kinds)

For breakfast, the yogurt is definitely the healthiest, but if you really don't like it, I would go for the eggs/bacon/sausage, but just eat one of the meats!. At least, that way you get some healthy protein (eggs) and not all carbs and fat like the biscuits and gravy would be!.
For lunch, the healthiest item is the turkey sandwich on wheat!. You could also have the salad, but try to get the dressing on the side and only use a little of it -- and only a little cheese!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Well, the healthiest breakfast item would be the yougurt!. Can you opt to leave off the granola topping!?
For lunch, the sandwich is a good option!. Skip the mayo!. If you need a condiment, try for mustard!.
The salad is not a bad option!. Get the dressing on the side and lightly dip your fork into the dressing and then stab the salad with your fork!. Don't pour the dressing all over the salad!. Ususally, you get more dressing than is necessary!.

You can eat what you consider healthy foods!. You do not say what kind of school it is!. You may be able to go off campus to eat!. If you live in a dorm, can you keep food there!?
